In-stock standard dress sizes are shipped in 3-4 working days from our atelier while a made to measure dress takes around 4-6* weeks to be carefully crafted to fit your dreams. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate so if you need the dress before a certain date and you are unsure if we can deliver it on time, please request an estimated delivery date before placing your order.

When ordering from the European Union (European Economic Area) please bear in mind that door to door delivery via DHL Express will cost ~50 EUR and usually takes 2-4 working days.

When ordering from outside the European Union / EEA (e.g. United States, Canada, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, or the UK post-Brexit) your purchase will be VAT-free, delivery via DHL Express will cost ~50 USD and usually takes around 3-5 working days. However, import duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local customs office or tax authority. The process is usually straightforward: DHL will handle customs clearance on your behalf as part of the door-to-door delivery process, and you’ll be able to pay any fees online—no need to visit the customs office in person. Please note that exceptions may occur, depending on local regulations or courier limitations. We recommend checking with your local customs authority to understand what charges may apply. If customs fees are not paid, your dress may be held or returned.
