Thank you for choosing a Chotronette dress!

The standard sizes in stock can be shipped in 3-4 working days from our studio.
A made to measure dress takes around 2-3* months to be carefully crafted to fit your dreams.

When ordering from within the European Union please bear in mind that door to door shipping via DHL Express will cost ~50 EUR and usually takes 2-4 working days.

When ordering from non-EU countries please note that billing will be VAT free, door to door shipping via DHL Express will cost ~ 50 USD and usually takes around 3-5 working days. In order to estimate your date of delivery, you will have to add a few days for customs paperwork (import into your country). Also, you will have to check with your local customs office for any duties, fees or VAT that you will have to pay in order to receive your order.

When placing your order please double check that your address and postal code are correct in order to avoid any shipping problems.

* Due to the large number of orders, made-to-measure dresses take longer to manufacture than usual. If you need the dress before a certain date and you are unsure if we can deliver in time, you can request an estimated date of delivery at info@chotronette.com before placing your order.
