Return policy

Thank you for ordering a Chotronette dress!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your dress we would be happy to help you return it for a full refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and we do not accept returns of worn or damaged dresses.

You will need to notify us of your intention to return the dress at info@chotronette.com within 14 days of receiving your order and you must have the dress in perfect condition with no signs of wear.

Return shipping must be done in the same way as the original delivery and you will have to pay the shipping back to us. We use DHL, but you can use another shipping company as long as they provide door-to-door delivery. We do not collect returns sent by post. Please contact us by email if you need more details.

Once we receive and inspect the dress, you will be refunded within a short time (maximum 10 days). If you paid for your order with a credit card or via PayPal, you will be refunded to the same account. If payment was made by bank transfer, you will need to send us an email with your bank details.
