Return policy

Thank you for ordering a Chotronette dress!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we would be happy to help you return it for a full refund. Please bear in mind that shipping fees are not refundable nor do we accept worn or damaged dresses for return.

You will have to notify us of your return intent at within 14 days upon receiving your order and you will need to have the dress in perfect condition, without any signs of being worn.

The return has to be made in the same manner as the initial delivery and you will have to pay for the shipping back to us. We use DHL, but you can use another shipping company as long it provides door to door delivery. We do not collect any returns sent via postal office. Please contact us via email if you need any more details.

After we receive and inspect the dress you will be reimbursed shortly (max 10 days). If you paid for your order with a credit card, you will be reimbursed in the same account. If the payment has been made via bank transfer, you will have to send us an e-mail with your bank details.
