Return policy

Thank you for ordering a Chotronette dress!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your dress we would be happy to help you return it for a full refund. Please note that delivery charges, import taxes and duties are non-refundable, and we cannot accept returns for dresses that have been worn or damaged.

To initiate a return, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. The dress must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear.

Return shipping should be arranged in the same way as the original delivery, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. While we use DHL, you may choose any carrier that offers door-to-door service. We do not accept returns sent via standard postal services.

Once we receive and inspect the dress, we will process your refund within a maximum of 10 days. Your refund will be processed through the same payment method used for your order. For bank transfers, please email us your bank details.
