Return policy

Thank you for ordering a Chotronette dress!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your dress we would be happy to help you return it for a full refund. Please note that shipping charges, import taxes and duties are non-refundable, and we cannot accept returns for dresses that have been worn or damaged. The dress must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear.

To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping must be arranged in the same manner as the original delivery, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. While we use DHL and can arrange return shipping on your behalf, you may also contract any carrier that provides door-to-door service. We cannot accept returns sent via standard postal services (or any other non door-to-door delivery service).

Once we receive and inspect the dress, we will process your refund within a maximum of 10 days through the same payment method you used when placing the order. If you want to be refunded via bank transfer, please let us know beforehand and forward us your bank details.
